HUMAN RELIABILITY PROGRAM PREMIUM (HRP). The Human Reliability Program premium will be paid at the rate of $2.00 per hour for those hours where work was performed in a facility requiring an employee to be certified in the HRP Program. Employees who are permanently assigned to work at an HRP required facility shall receive a full shift premium of two dollars per hour ($2.00) above their regular straight- time hourly rate. Employees who are not permanently assigned to work at an HRP required facility shall receive premium pay as follows: 1. If an employee works less than two (2) hours, HRP Premium will be paid for two (2) hours. 2. If an employee works more than two (2) but less than four (4) hours, HRP Premium will be paid for four (4) hours. 3. If an employee works more than four (4) but less than eight (8) hours, HRP Premium will be paid for eight (8) hours. 4. Any hours worked over eight (8), HRP Premium will be paid at the two dollars ($2.00) flat premium rate. 1. If an employee works less than three (3) hours, HRP Premium will be paid for three (3) hours. 2. If an employee works more than three (3) but less than five (5) hours, HRP Premium will be paid for five (5) hours. 3. If an employee works more than five (5) but less than ten (10) hours, HRP premium will be paid for ten (10) hours. 4. Any hours worked over ten (10), HRP Premium will be paid at the two dollars ($2.00) flat premium rate. It is agreed that such crews may be assembled and worked under one qualified ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ if a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is deemed necessary, irrespective of the Union affiliation of such ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of a composite crew will be selected by the Employer. In making such selection, the Employer will give due consideration to the nature of the work to be performed. However, this in no way shall restrict the exclusive right of the Employer to determine the necessity for and the identity of its ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as set forth in Management Rights.
