HUMAN RELIABILITY PROGRAM PREMIUM (HRP) Sample Clauses

The Human Reliability Program Premium (HRP) clause establishes an additional cost or premium associated with ensuring that personnel meet specific reliability and security standards required for sensitive work environments. In practice, this clause applies to contracts where employees must undergo rigorous background checks, psychological evaluations, or ongoing monitoring to maintain eligibility for certain roles. By including this premium, the clause compensates for the extra administrative and compliance burdens, ensuring that only qualified and trustworthy individuals are assigned to critical tasks, thereby reducing the risk of human error or insider threats.
