HUD Certification Sample Clauses
HUD Certification. The Director is hereby authorized to execute and submit to the County the HUD Certification Form with respect to the community development activities carried out within the boundaries of the City. It is further understood that the County will rely upon the certification executed by the Director for purposes of executing a certification form for submission to HUD.
