Common use of HSR Act Review Clause in Contracts

HSR Act Review. As promptly as practicable after the execution of this Agreement, the parties will make such filings as may be required by the HSR Act with respect to the sale contemplated by this Agreement. Thereafter, the parties will file as promptly as practicable any supplemental information that may be requested by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission or the U.S. Department of Justice pursuant to the HSR Act.
