HSBC Responsibilities. 6.1 HSBC will appoint a representative who is knowledgeable in business continuity planning to serve as a single point of contact for HSBC in respect of the BCDR matters (the HSBC BCDR Representative) and who will:
(a) act as the primary interface to the Supplier's business continuity representative appointed in accordance with paragraph 5.1(a) above;
(b) receive the BCDR Plan and test results and either submit comments to the Supplier’s business continuity representative or, when acceptable, provide sign-off; and
6.2 provide the Supplier’s BCDR Representative with HSBC updates to the BCDR Plan as required by this Schedule 15.
HSBC Responsibilities. 3.1 HSBC agrees to provide the following standard administration services in relation to the Scheme:
(a) a dedicated Pension Customer Relationship Manager with direct dial contact number;
(b) subject to Clause 3.2(a), providing the Employer with the following literature for the Employer to provide to its employees:
(i) marketing literature about the Scheme and the Funds;
(ii) key features documents for the Scheme and the terms and conditions which apply to Scheme membership;
(iii) application forms for new joiners;
(iv) direct debit mandates; and
(v) any other documentation/forms that may be required;
(c) complying with all laws and regulations which apply from time to time to the administration of the Scheme;
(d) providing HM Revenue & Customs with such information about the Scheme as HM Revenue & Customs may request through the proper exercise of its powers and using all reasonable endeavours to maintain HM Revenue & Customs registration of the Scheme;
(e) providing such information as the Employer may reasonably request about pensions laws and regulations which apply from time to time to the administration of the Scheme to enable the Employer to comply with its own obligations thereunder;
(f) providing annual benefit statements to Members and such other information about their benefits as Members may reasonably request from time to time;
(g) continuing to provide benefits to Members under the Scheme after they have left their employment with the Employer (notwithstanding that HSBC’s obligations to the Employer will have ceased);
(h) applying payments received from the Employer in respect of payroll deductions and/or the Employer’s contributions to notionally allocate units in such Fund(s) as the relevant Member has selected/ redirected or if none, allocate units by default in the nominated Lifestyle Profile;
(i) making a schedule of projected payments for the following month and payments received in the previous month available to the Employer via Business Internet Banking; and
(j) subject to Clause 3.2(b), providing a reasonable amount of basic training to administration staff nominated by the Employer (or its third party administrator) which in HSBC’s experience should be sufficient to enable them to use HSBC’s administration systems.
3.2 HSBC agrees to provide the following additional administration services in relation to the Scheme:

HSBC Responsibilities. The Supplier shall notify HSBC of any dependencies which HSBC is required to perform under a Managed Contract, and shall use act on behalf of HSBC to perform that dependency where reasonably requested by HSBC.
