HP STEAM GUARANTEE-LSFO. Contractor guarantees that the production of the average Adjusted HP Steam Output-LSFO as demonstrated during the most recent Performance Test-LSFO, shall be equal to or greater than 528,200 #s/hr, as measured at the high pressure steam outlet flow meter located directly downstream of the HRSG superheater.
