How Served Sample Clauses
How Served. Any notice to be given by Engineer or Owner to the Contractor under this contract shall be deemed to be served if the same be delivered to the person in charge of the office used by the Contractor, or to his representative at or near the Work, or deposited in the post office, postpaid, addressed to the Contractor at his last known place of business.
How Served. The System will indicate if the sentence is initial concurrent or a consecutive.
