Housing Loan. Each employee, regardless whether he is married to another in the same Bank, is eligible to a housing loan as follows:- (a) Amount of housing loan shall be any amount so long the monthly repayment shall not exceed 75% of the wages of the employee. The repayment period shall not be more than 35 years or the period up to retirement age whichever is earlier. (b) The above loan shall be granted subject and to such other terms and conditions as the Bank may impose.
