Common use of Housing Fee Clause in Contracts

Housing Fee. The Resident shall pay the University the monthly Housing Fee indicated above. The Resident will be billed by Campus Solutions (CS) and payment can be made via Cal Central. Payment is due on the 1st day of the month. The Housing Fees for postdoctoral fellows are billed via the Housing Portal which can be accessed via ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. Postdoctoral fellows may make their housing payments in the portal. The University reserves the right to change the fees for on-campus housing, provided the announcement is made 30 days prior to the beginning of the academic year. An increase in fees may not exceed five percent (5%) of the fees quoted for the Single Student Apartments for the 2024-2025 year. The Housing Fee is subject to an annual increase effective August 1.
