Hours and Specifications. Landlord shall provide heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning ("HVAC") on Mondays through Fridays from 8 a.m. through 7 p.m. ("Building Hours") except for the dates of observation of New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and other locally and nationally recognized holidays that are observed by a majority of the Comparable Buildings ("Holidays").
