HOUR PARTITION Clause Samples
The Hour Partition clause defines how hours are divided or allocated for a particular purpose within an agreement. Typically, this clause specifies the method for segmenting working hours, service periods, or usage times, such as splitting a day into billable hourly increments or assigning specific hours to different tasks or parties. By clearly outlining how hours are partitioned, the clause ensures accurate tracking, fair allocation of time, and prevents disputes over time usage or billing.
