Hosting SLA. The Service Level Agreements (“SLAs”) applicable to the hosting services obtained by Client are as set forth below. Client will provide Synacor with dedicated bandwidth to access the hosting facilities provided by Client and Client’s equipment therein dedicated to the Synacor Services (as described in this Schedule) with [*] average service availability (uptime) measured during each calendar month (the “Hosting SLA”).
