Hosted Services Uptime. The CWP Services are hosted using the Azure platform, where CUSI shall make the CWP Services available in accord with the availability standards available here: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/en-us/support/legal/sla/app-service/v1_4/. CUSI shall provide the CWP Services in accord with and subject to the applicable Azure terms and conditions available at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇, including but not limited to the data use and privacy policies. The CWP Services are all subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, however, in the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the applicable Azure documentation, the Azure documentation shall control.
