Managed Data Services Sample Clauses

The Managed Data Services clause defines the scope and responsibilities related to the provision and management of data services by a service provider. Typically, this clause outlines the types of data services offered, such as data storage, backup, monitoring, and security, and specifies the standards or service levels the provider must meet. Managed Data Services. CUSI shall provide Managed Data Services as part of the Azure platform and in accord with and subject to the applicable Azure terms and conditions available at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇, including but not limited to the data use and privacy policies. The Managed Data Services offered by CUSI are all subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, however, in the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the applicable Azure documentation, the Azure documentation shall control.
Managed Data Services. CUSI shall perform Managed Data Services at the level set forth in the Sales Agreement (if any), and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Data Management Agreement, if applicable, which shall be attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, if applicable. CUSI shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Managed Data Services.
