Host Site responsibilities. The Host Site, acting primarily through the Host Site supervisor, is responsible for the following: A. Member support and management 1. Member recognition: Minnesota GreenCorps members are not “employees” or “volunteers” of the host site.
Host Site responsibilities. The Host Site, acting primarily through the Host Site supervisor, is responsible for the following as a Minnesota GreenCorps participant: A. Time commitment: Provide day-to-day professional supervision of the Member(s), equating to at least 0.08 full time employee (FTE) for one Member (3.2 hours per week), and at least 0.16 FTE for two Members (6.4 hours per week). The MPCA will provide general oversight and communicate regularly with the Host Site and Host Site supervisor to ensure that the tasks and activities of the member project align with the position description and goals of the Minnesota GreenCorps Program and the MPCA.
Host Site responsibilities. The Host Site listed above understands and agrees to the responsible for the following: A. Provide the student practicum with experience in the objective duties as required by Ontario college of Business C Technical graduation standards, and based upon the performance objectives provided to the Host site by Ontario College of Business C Technology. B. Provide all equipment and supplies to adequately performing the duties that are required by Ontario College of Business C Technology graduation standards and based upon the program objectives provided to the Host Site by Ontario College of Business C Technology. C. Provide opportunity for students to maintain established OHSA guidelines for infection prevention in the host site. Site will provide personal protective equipment, such as gloves, projection eyewear etc. D. Provide the campus representative with required evaluation reports on each student practicum regarding his/her practicum learning experience. The initial evaluation report must be forwarded to the campus after the student practicum completes G60 hours of practicum experience. The final evaluation report must be forwarded to the campus upon the student practicum completion of the required G60 hours of practicum experience. E. To Ensure that the student practicum is adequately supervised by the Host Site’s representative during the practical learning experience. A student cannot replace a regular staff member at the extern site. F. Host Site shall submit weekly reports indicating D hours of practicum experience performed by each student.
