Host Customer agrees to pay System Owner for the reasonable costs and expenses relating to any repairs to, direct or indirect harm to, or loss of System Owner's personal property or fixtures on the Premises, including the System, or loss, damage, expense or liability resulting from injury to or death of persons, to the extent resulting from caused by the action gross negligence, recklessness or inaction willful misconduct of Host Customer or any of its contractors, agents, employees, students,partners, owners, subsidiaries, affiliates or invitees. Host Customer agrees to pay System Owner Service Provider for the reasonable costs and expenses relating to any repairs to, direct or indirect harm to, or loss of the System, to the extent resulting from the action or inaction of Host Customer or any of its contractors, agents, tenants, employees, students,partners, owners, subsidiaries, affiliates or invitees, or the failure of Host Customer to reasonably protect the System from trespass or other unauthorized access as provided herein.
