HONOUR CONTRACT. You are bound to accept all bookings we make with customers on your behalf. Such bookings are made on your behalf directly with the customer on your relevant terms and conditions of contract you have disclosed as applying to bookings of the relevant Product We are not a party to any such contract. You must deal with any booking we make with customers on your behalf in accordance with all the information contained in the booking, including supplementary information and wishes made known by the guest. Our systems that we use to monitor our reservations to you shall be conclusive unless you can provide credible counter-evidence. Despite the foregoing in your dealings with customers you must at all times act consistently with clauses “11. AMENDMENT”, “12. CANCELLATION” and “III. Payment” of these terms and conditions. To the extent those provisions are inconsistent with your terms and conditions of contract then those provisions will apply in place of the relevant parts of your terms and conditions of contract and you must act consistently with them.
HONOUR CONTRACT. We are your reservation facilitator and any bookings made through the Sites will be honored by you. You will deal with the confirmed reservation in accordance with all the information contained in it, including supplementary information and (reasonable) wishes made known by the guest (to the extent we have made such wishes known to you prior to such booking and you have made all commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate them). The systems that we use to confirm and monitor reservations to your Property by fax, email, or through the Extranet shall be conclusive, unless you can provide credible counter-evidence.
