Homeland Security Considerations. In accordance with the State Contract, Provider shall perform all obligations under the Agreement within the boundaries of the United States, which includes the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa. In addition, Provider will not hire any individual to perform any services under the Agreement if that individual is required to have a work visa approved by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and such individual has not met this requirement.
