Common use of HOME BASED BUSINESS Clause in Contracts

HOME BASED BUSINESS. If you run a home-based business out of the property, you AGREE to the following conditions:  You cannot have any clients or customers visiting the property for business purposes (zoning and HOA restrictions).  You cannot use the property address in any way associated with your business (including, but not limited to, advertising, web-sites, letterhead, return address, business cards, signage, etc.)  You will hold harmless the Owner, the LANDLORD, the Manager and any employees of the aforementioned for any actions, inactions or occurrences which may, in any way, cause an interruption or adverse effect on the home-based business that you are conducting.  You will conduct the home-based business at your own risk and hereby waive your right to any claims against any of the aforementioned owners, managers and employees.
