Holiday Rescheduling. (a) If a full-time employee is required to work a seven (7) hour or ten and one-half (10 ½) hour shift on a holiday listed in Article 21.01 which the employee is scheduled to be off and has received less than seventy- two (72) hours notice, the employee shall be compensated by receiving time off on an hour for hour basis for all hours worked on the holiday. (b) If a part-time employee is required to work a seven (7) hour or ten and one-half (10 ½) hour shift on a holiday listed in Article 21.01 which the employee is scheduled to be off and has received less than seventy- two (72) hours notice, the employee shall be compensated by receiving two (2) times the employee’s regular hourly rate for the hours worked on the holiday.
