Common use of Holding Over Clause in Contracts

Holding Over. If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises or any part thereof after the expiration of the term hereof, with the express written consent of Landlord, such occupancy shall be a tenancy from month to month at a rental in the amount of the last monthly rental, plus all other charges payable hereunder, and upon all the terms hereof applicable to a month to month tenancy.

Holding Over. If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises or any part thereof after the expiration of the term hereof, with the express written consent of Landlord, such occupancy shall be a tenancy from month to month-to-month at a rental in the amount of the last monthly rental, plus all other charges payable hereunder, and upon all the terms hereof applicable to a month to month-to-month tenancy.

Holding Over. Holding Over. If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises or any part thereof after the expiration of the term hereof, with the express written consent of Landlord, Landlord such occupancy shall be a tenancy from month to month at a rental in the amount of the last monthly rental, plus all other charges payable hereunder, hereunder and upon all the terms hereof applicable to a month to month tenancy.

If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises or any part thereof after the expiration of the term Term hereof, with without the express written consent of Landlord, such occupancy shall be a tenancy from month to month at sufferance, for which Tenant shall pay a monthly base rental in the amount of 150% of the last monthly rental, Monthly Rent in effect immediately prior to the expiration of the Term plus all other charges payable hereunder, and upon all the terms hereof applicable to such a month to month tenancytenancy at sufferance.

Holding Over. If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises or any part thereof after the expiration of the term hereof, with hereof without the express written consent of Landlord, such occupancy shall be a tenancy from month to month at a rental in the amount equal to two hundred percent (200%) of the Basic Monthly Rent due for the last monthly rental, month of the Lease term plus all other charges payable hereunder, and upon all the terms hereof applicable to a month to month tenancy.

Holding Over. If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises or any part thereof after the expiration of the term hereof, hereof with the express written consent of the Landlord, such occupancy shall be a tenancy from month to month at a rental in the amount of the last monthly rentalinstallment of Basic Rent or the prevailing Adjusted Basic Rent, as the case may be, plus the last monthly installment of Additional Rent and all other charges payable hereunder, and upon all the terms hereof applicable to a month to month tenancy.

If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises or any part thereof after the expiration of the term hereof, with hereof without the express written consent of Landlord, such occupancy shall be a tenancy from month to month at a rental in the amount of 150% of the last monthly rental, rental plus all other charges payable hereunder, and upon all the terms hereof applicable to a month to month tenancy.

Holding Over. If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises premises or any part thereof after the expiration of the term hereof, with hereof without the express written consent of Landlord, such occupancy shall be a tenancy from month to month at a monthly rental in the amount of twice the last monthly rentalBase Rent, plus all other charges payable hereunder, and upon all the terms hereof applicable to a month to month tenancy.

Holding Over. If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises or any part thereof after the expiration of the term hereof, with hereof without the express written consent of Landlord, such occupancy shall be a tenancy from month to month at a rental in double the amount of the last monthly rental, rental plus all other charges payable hereunder, and upon all the terms hereof applicable to a month to month-to-month tenancy.

Holding Over. If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises or any part thereof after the expiration of the term hereof, with Term without the express written consent of Landlord, such occupancy shall be a tenancy from month to month at a rental in equal to the amount Rent during the last month of the last monthly rental, plus all other charges payable hereunder, Term increased by ____ percent and upon all the terms hereof applicable to a month to month-to-month tenancy.

Holding Over. If Tenant Tenant, with Landlord's consent, remains in possession of the Premises or any part thereof after the expiration of the term hereof, with the express written consent of Landlord, such occupancy shall be a tenancy from month to month at a rental upon all of the provisions of this Lease pertaining to the obligations of Tenant, except that the monthly rent shall be 150% of the rent payable in the amount last month of the last monthly rentallease term but all Options, plus all other charges payable hereunderif any, and upon all granted under the terms hereof applicable to a of this Lease shall be deemed terminated and be of no further effect during said month to month tenancy.

Holding Over. If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises or any part thereof after the expiration of the term hereof, with hereof without the express written consent of Landlord, such occupancy shall be a tenancy from month to month at a rental in the amount of 115% of the last monthly rental, rental plus all other charges payable hereunder, and upon all the terms hereof applicable to a month to month tenancy.

Holding Over. If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises or any part thereof after the expiration of the term hereof, with Term hereof without the express written consent of Landlord, such occupancy shall be a tenancy from month to month at a rental rate in the amount of One Hundred Fifty percent (150%) of the last monthly rental, Base Rent plus one hundred percent (100%) of all other charges payable hereunder, and upon all the terms hereof which will be applicable to a month to month tenancy.

Holding Over. If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises or any part thereof after the expiration of the term hereof, with the express written consent of Landlord, such occupancy shall be a tenancy from month to month month, terminable on thirty (30) days written notice from either party to the other, at a rental in the amount of 125% of the last monthly rental, plus all other charges payable hereunder, and upon all the terms hereof applicable to a month to month tenancytenancy unless so modified and/or extended by Landlord in writing and attached to said Lease.

Holding Over. If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises or any part thereof after the expiration of the term hereof, with the express written consent of Landlord, such occupancy shall be a tenancy from month to month at a rental in the amount of the last monthly rentalinstallment of Basic Rent or the prevailing Adjusted Basic Rent, as the case may be, plus the last monthly installment of Additional Rent, and all other charges payable hereunder, and upon all the terms hereof applicable to a month to month tenancy.

If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises or any part thereof after the expiration of the term hereof, with the express written consent of Landlord, such occupancy shall be a tenancy from month to month at a rental in the amount of the last monthly rentalBase Rent plus 10%, plus all other charges payable hereunder, and upon all the terms hereof applicable to a month to month tenancy.

Holding Over. If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises or any part thereof after the expiration of the term hereof, hereof with the express written consent of Landlord, such occupancy shall be a tenancy from month to month-to-month at a rental rate in the amount of the last monthly rental, plus all other charges Minimum Rent and Additional Rent which would be payable hereunder, and upon all hereunder during such period following the terms expiration of the term hereof applicable to a month to month tenancy.if the lease were still in DB DG -------- ------ LANDLORD TENANT

If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises or any part thereof after the expiration of the term hereof, with the express written consent of Landlord, such occupancy shall be a tenancy from month to month month-to-month. Any holding over by Tenant, with or without the consent of Landlord, shall be at a rental in comprised of one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the amount of the last monthly rental, plus month’s basic rent together with all other charges payable hereunderhereunder including but not limited to the Operating Expense Adjustment, and upon all the terms hereof applicable to a month to month-to-month tenancy.

Holding Over. If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises or any part thereof after the expiration of the term hereof, with the express written consent of Landlord, such occupancy shall be a tenancy from month to month at a rental in the amount of the last monthly rental$31,030.00 per month, plus all other charges payable hereunder, and upon all the terms hereof applicable to a month to month tenancy.

Holding Over. If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises or any part thereof after the expiration of the term hereof, with the express written consent of Landlord, such occupancy shall be a tenancy from month to month at a rental in the an amount equal to one hundred twenty five percent (125%) of the rent in effect during the last monthly rentalmonth of the term, plus all other charges payable hereunder, and upon all the terms hereof applicable to a month to month-to-month tenancy.

If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises or any part thereof after the expiration of the term hereof, with hereof without the express written consent of Landlord, such occupancy shall be a tenancy from month to month-to-month at a rental in the amount of one and one-half (1 1/2) times the last monthly rental, rent plus one and one-half (1 ½) times all other charges payable hereunder, and upon all the terms hereof applicable to a month to month-to-month tenancy.

Holding Over. If Tenant remains in possession of the Premises or any part thereof after the expiration of the term hereof, with hereof without the express written consent of Landlord, such occupancy shall be a tenancy from month to month at a rental in the amount of 150% of the last monthly rental, rental plus all other charges payable hereunder, and upon all the terms hereof applicable applicable, excluding any right to a month to month tenancyextend beyond the original term.
