Common use of Holder’s Obligation to Execute Investors’ Rights Agreement and Voting Agreement Clause in Contracts

Holder’s Obligation to Execute Investors’ Rights Agreement and Voting Agreement. As to any Shares Holder receives upon any exercise or conversion of this Warrant, Holder agrees to be bound by that certain Amended and Restated Investors’ Rights Agreement dated as of May 16, 2014 and that certain Amended and Restated Voting Agreement dated as of May 16, 2014, each by and among the Company and certain of the Company’s stockholders (as each may be amended from time to time), or similar agreements.

As to any Shares Holder receives upon any exercise or conversion of this Warrant, Holder agrees to be bound by that certain Amended and Restated Investors’ Rights Agreement dated as of May 1612, 2014 2010 and that certain Amended and Restated Voting Agreement dated as of May 1612, 20142010, each by and among the Company and certain of the Company’s stockholders (as each may be amended from time to time), or similar agreements.
