Common use of Holder Not a Shareholder Clause in Contracts

Holder Not a Shareholder. Nothing in this Indenture or in the holding of a Warrant itself evidenced by a Warrant Certificate, or otherwise, shall be construed as conferring upon a Holder any right or interest whatsoever as a shareholder of the Corporation, including, but not limited to, the right to vote at, to receive notice of, or to attend, meetings of shareholders or any other proceedings of the Corporation, or the right to receive dividends and other distributions, except as may be provided herein or in the Warrant Certificates.
