Common use of HOLDBACK SUBACCOUNT Clause in Contracts

HOLDBACK SUBACCOUNT. The subaccount of the Reserve Account, the funds in which shall consist of all Class A-1 Holdback Amounts deposited therein during the Funding Period, other than investment earnings thereon. Any funds in the Class A-1 Holdback Subaccount shall be withdrawn on the Class A-1 Final Scheduled Distribution Date and distributed as specified in Section 5.1(b).
