Hoisting Equipment Apprentice - Work Scope. There may be one (1) Apprentice Crane Operator employed for up to three (3) Journeyperson Crane Operators employed by the Employer. There shall be one (1) Apprentice Crane Operator employed when there are four (4) Journeyperson Crane Operators employed by the Employer. There shall be one (1) Apprentice Crane Operator employed for each multiple of five (5) Journeyperson Crane Operators. The foregoing is based on a company wide ratio.
Hoisting Equipment Apprentice - Work Scope. (a) There may be one (1) Crane Apprentice employed for up to three (3) Journeyperson Crane Operators employed by the Employer. Notwithstanding this provision, tThe Employer shall provide the apprentice operators so working with appropriate supervision and suitable communication options.

  • Compressed Work Week The Company and Union recognize the concept of the compressed work week. It is further understood that the compressed work week conditions will apply only to those departments that are on the compressed work week.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Developer Attachment Facilities Developer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Developer Attachment Facilities described in Appendix A hereto, at its sole expense.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Contractor’s Equipment The Contractor shall be responsible for all Contractor’s Equipment. The Contractor’s Equipment shall be deemed to be exclusively intended for the execution of the Works.
