Crane operators. If the crane or other lifting equipment is used in a particular piecework job, the crane operator shall be paid in line with the skilled workers in the piecework team. If the crane serves more than one piecework team in its own enterprise, the crane operator shall be paid in accordance with the average piecework pay for the teams on the site. The piecework agreement shall show the crane operators to whom this applies. The wages agreed on in accordance with § 2-7 apply otherwise.

  • Contractors All LAUSD Contractors and their Representatives are expected to conduct any and all business affiliated with LAUSD in an ethical and responsible manner that fosters integrity and public confidence.
