Hoisting Apprentices. Hoisting apprentices shall be employed in the following manner: there shall be one (1) apprentice for up to three (3) Hoisting Journeypersons employed by the CONTRACTOR. There shall be one (1) Apprentice employed for each multiple of four (4) Hoisting Journeyperson employed by the CONTRACTOR.
