Hoarding Clause Samples

The Hoarding clause is designed to prevent parties from accumulating or stockpiling goods, materials, or resources beyond what is reasonably necessary for their immediate needs under the contract. In practice, this clause restricts a party from purchasing or storing excessive quantities of items, such as raw materials or finished products, that could disrupt supply chains or create unfair advantages. Its core function is to ensure fair allocation and availability of resources, thereby preventing market manipulation or artificial shortages.
