Hoarding. You must keep the inside and outside of your home, garage and any outbuildings, including the internal decoration, in a neat and tidy condition. It must be kept free from the excessive build up of belongings or refuse that could cause a health and safety or fire risk to you or anyone else visiting the property. You will be charged (at our discretion) the cost of cleaning your home (including removal and disposal of items) if you allow it to become dirty or infested with vermin.
