HMDA Reporting. Purchaser and Seller shall report transactions for HMDA purposes in accordance with the mandates of Regulation C.
HMDA Reporting. To the extent required by Applicable Law, within thirty (30) days of the Closing Date, for each HECM Loan, Seller shall provide Purchaser with such data reasonably requested by Purchaser and required to allow Purchaser to accurately and timely record, perform quality control and report such data in compliance with the federal Home Mortgage Disclosure Act of 1975, 12 USC § 2801 et. seq. (HMDA), as implemented by Regulation C, 12 C.F.R. Part 1003 (Regulation C) and further interpreted by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s guidance, as may be amended.
HMDA Reporting. Within thirty (30) days of the Closing Date, for every HECM Loan purchased pursuant to this Agreement, Seller shall provide Purchaser with the data requested by Purchaser so that Purchaser may accurately and timely record, perform quality control and report such data in compliance with the federal Home Mortgage Disclosure Act of 1975, 12 USC § 2801 et. seq. (HMDA), as implemented by Regulation C, 12 C.F.R. Part 1003 (Regulation C) and further interpreted by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's guidance, as may be amended. Seller's obligation shall include delivery to Purchaser of the data elements that comply with the regulatory mandated format, as well as any other data that Purchaser may request to correct any data accuracy errors, conduct quality control, which are necessary to confirm the accuracy of the data provided to Purchaser.

HMDA Reporting. As the entity making the primary credit decision, Seller will include (if applicable) any Mortgage Loans sold to Purchaser in Seller’s HMDA reporting as originated by Seller. Unless separately agreed to in writing, any review of a Loan by Purchaser prior to Sale date is for purposes of evaluating salability, and is not a credit decision.
HMDA Reporting. As the entity making the primary credit decision with respect to all Loans, Purchaser will include (if applicable) any Loans underwritten by Purchaser in accordance with Section 2.1(c) in Purchaser’s HMDA reporting as originated by Purchaser. Seller shall include any Loans upon which it makes a decision without the involvement of Purchaser in Seller’s HMDA reporting.

  • DATA REPORTING a) CONTRACTOR shall agree to provide all data related to student information and billing information with ▇▇▇. CONTRACTOR shall agree to provide all data related to any and all sections of this contract and requested by and in the format require by the LEA. CONTRACTOR shall provide the LEA with invoices, attendance reports and progress reports for LEA students enrolled in CONTRACTOR’s NPS/A. b) Using forms developed by the CDE or as otherwise mutually agreed upon by CONTRACTOR and ▇▇▇, CONTRACTOR shall provide LEA, on a monthly basis, a written report of all incidents in which a statutory offense is committed by any LEA student, regardless if it results in a disciplinary action of suspension or expulsion. This includes all statutory offenses as described in Education Code sections 48900 and 48915. CONTRACTOR shall also include, in this monthly report, incidents resulting in the use of a behavioral restraint and/or seclusion even if they were not a result of a violation of Education Code sections 48900 and 48915. c) The LEA shall provide the CONTRACTORS with approved forms and/or format for such data including but not limited to invoicing, attendance reports and progress reports. The LEA may approve use of CONTRACTORS-provided forms at their discretion.

  • Progress Reporting a) RECIPIENT must satisfactorily demonstrate the timely use of funds by submitting payment requests and progress reports to ECOLOGY. ECOLOGY reserves the right to amend or terminate this Agreement if the RECIPIENT does not document timely use of funds. b) RECIPIENT must submit a progress report with each payment request. Payment requests will not be processed without a progress report. ECOLOGY will define the elements and frequency of progress reports. c) RECIPIENT shall use ECOLOGY’s provided progress report format. d) Quarterly progress reports will cover the periods from January 1 through March 31, April 1 through June 30, July 1 through September 30, and October 1 through December 31. Reports shall be submitted within thirty (30) days after the end of the quarter being reported. e) RECIPIENT must submit within thirty (30) days of the expiration date of the project, unless an extension has been approved by ECOLOGY, all financial, performance, and other reports required by the Agreement and funding program guidelines. RECIPIENT shall use the ECOLOGY provided closeout report format.

  • Diversity Reporting Upon request, the Contractor will report to the Department its spend with business enterprises certified by the OSD. These reports must include the time period covered, the name and Federal Employer Identification Number of each business enterprise utilized during the period, commodities and contractual services provided by the business enterprise, and the amount paid to the business enterprise on behalf of each agency purchasing under the Contract.

  • Management Reporting (a) Provide periodic reports, in accordance with agreed upon frequency and content parameters, to the Funds. As reasonably requested by the Funds, the Transfer Agent shall furnish ad hoc reports to the Funds.

  • Monthly Reporting Within twenty (20) calendar days following the end of each calendar month, Registry Operator shall deliver to ICANN reports in the format set forth in Specification 3 attached hereto (“Specification 3”).
