Common use of HITECH Act Clause in Contracts

HITECH Act. “HITECH” or “HITECH Act” shall mean the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act, which is Division A, Title XIII of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Public Law 111-5.

HITECH Act. “HITECH” or “HITECH Act” shall mean means the Health Information Technology for For Economic and Clinical Health Act, which is Heath Act found at Division A, Title XIII – Health Information Technology, and Division B, Title IV of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Public Law 111-5.
