HIRING RETIRED UNIT MEMBERS. The District has the right to hire bargaining unit members and may, based on exceptional circumstances, decide to hire a retired bargaining unit member. In that event all the terms of this collective bargaining agreement apply to bargaining unit members who have retired from their employment with the District and who have been subsequently hired by the District except those terms listed in this Article.
