Common use of Hiring Fee Clause in Contracts

Hiring Fee. In the event Partner hires any Andela Developer within one year after the termination of their employment with Andela, Partner shall pay a Hiring Fee of either (i) 50% of the Andela Developer’s first year salary or (ii) 25% of Andela Developer’s first year salary if Partner adds one (1) first-year Andela Developer for a one year engagement at the then published rate.
