Hiring Fee. In the event that Customer hires any personnel of Vendor who are or have been assigned to perform work for Customer, Customer shall pay Vendor, within one (1) year of the date of such hiring, an amount equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the total first-year compensation Customer pays such personnel as a fee for the additional benefit obtained by Customer.
Hiring Fee. In the event Partner hires any Developer within one year after the end of the Term, Partner shall pay a hiring fee of either (i) 50% of the Developer’s first year salary or (ii) 25% of the Developer’s first year salary if Partner adds one first-year Developer for a minimum one year engagement at the then published rate.

Hiring Fee. The Department and the Council may charge a hiring fee to users of the Facility and each party will retain all fees received from the use of the Facility during each party’s respective times of use.

Upon termination or expiration of the Agreement, Customer, Customer Affiliates and designees of Customer and Customer Affiliates are entitled to solicit and hire certain Administrator employees under Article 18 (“Authorized Hires”).
