Highly-Contagious Illnesses Clause Samples
Highly-Contagious Illnesses. The COVID-19 virus, and many other types of viruses, bacteria, and infectious agents are present in the environment and potentially on the University’s campuses notwithstanding efforts to keep those premises clean and sanitary. The University does not guarantee that its campuses are germ-free. Rather, there is an unavoidable, residual risk of infection associated with all in-person activities, and you acknowledge that you are knowingly and voluntarily accepting that risk by choosing to stay in on-campus student housing.
