Highest Bidder. This property is being offered with reserve. The highest and best bidder shall be the BUYER, subject to approval by the SELLER; who reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to adjourn the sale to a subsequent date. If any disputes arise to any bid, the SELLER / AUCTIONEER reserves the right to cause the property to be immediately put up for sale again.
