High Dusting/Cleaning. All dust, lint, litter, and soil shall be removed from vertical and horizontal surfaces above 9’-0” from floor level, including overhead piping and ceiling areas. Walls shall be free of dirt, smudges, and marks. Ceilings shall be free of cobwebs and loose dirt. 5 Glass Cleaning: Interior glass surfaces shall be maintained free of streaks, film, deposits, stains and handprints. Specific areas include, but are not limited to, glass table tops, partitions, doors and windows up to a height of 8’-0”. Adjacent surfaces, such as window ledges, shall be kept clean as well. Care must be taken to not damage tinting or lettering.

High Dusting/Cleaning. We can reach those very tall, often untouched areas that need a special touch. We can remove cobwebs, bug wastes, and bird nests that normal housekeeping and maintenance crews cannot.
High Dusting/Cleaning. High surfaces shall be interpreted to mean those surfaces and objects high enough to require the use of a ladder (above 84” or about in height) or A. Cleaning Vents, Grills, Etc. i) Ventilation louvers, grills, panels, etc. shall be cleaned according to schedule by damp wiping, dusting, washing, or vacuuming as appropriate and with appropriate cleaning agents. ii) Cleaned vents, grill, etc. shall be free from dirt, accumulated dust, cobwebs, and shall present an overall clean appearance. B. Cleaning Light Fixtures/Filters i) Light fixtures/filters (egg crates, diffusers, etc.) shall cleaned or dusted using appropriate cleaning methods without disassembly of any fixtures. ii) Care shall be taken to prevent cracking or breakage. C. Cleaning Window Coverings i) Window coverings shall be cleaned according to schedule. ii) Care shall be taken to prevent damage. D. Window/Glass Washing Service Requirements (Exterior) i) The CONTRACTOR shall spot clean glass and windows as necessary to maintain a clear appearance free from smudges, fingerprints, water spots, streaks, and dirt. ii) The CONTRACTOR shall provide the necessary equipment, supplies, and materials to accomplish the task and frequency set out for window/glass washing at each facility according to schedule. iii) The CONTRACTOR shall wash and dry both the inside and outside according to schedule window/glass surfaces; wash the inside window frames and ▇▇▇▇▇; dust the outside window frames and ▇▇▇▇▇; and remove bird and insect nests, if found. iv) All exterior cleaning shall be done from the ground by use of ladders, lifts, etc. CONTRACTOR will not be allowed access to the roof. v) The CONTRACTOR shall observe all OSHA-prescribed safety regulations and practices. vi) All ladders, scaffolding, window anchors, safety belts, etc. shall be OSHA approved for window/glass washing. vii) Acids or acid-base products shall not be used for cleaning windows/glass. viii) The absence of a requirement covering specific equipment, operations, or hazards shall not relieve the CONTRACTOR of the responsibility of taking further action to provide maximum safety in the performance of window/glass cleaning.

  • WINDOW CLEANING Tenant shall not clean, nor require, permit, suffer or allow any window in the Premises to be cleaned from the outside in violation of Section 202 of the Labor Law, or any other Requirement, or of the rules of the Board of Standards and Appeals, or of any other board or body having or asserting jurisdiction.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.

  • Moonlighting Employee will focus his/her professional time, ability, and attention on City business during the term of this Agreement. To the extent consistent with applicable law, Employee shall not engage in any other business duties or pursuits whatsoever or, directly or indirectly, render any services of a business, commercial, or professional nature to any other person or organization, whether for compensation or otherwise, without the prior consent of the City Manager, except that: (1) The expenditure of reasonable amounts of time not in conflict with the City's needs and interests, for educational, charitable, community, and professional activities, shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement and shall not require prior consent. (2) This Agreement shall not be interpreted to prohibit Employee from making passive personal investments or conducting private business affairs if those activities do not materially interfere with the services required under this Agreement or create conflicts of interest.

  • Equipment Cleaning (a) Areas, known by Forest Service prior to timber sale advertisement, that are infested with invasive species of concern are shown on Sale Area Map. A current list of invasive species of concern and a map showing the extent of known infestations is available at the Forest Supervisor’s Office. For purposes of this provision, “Off-Road Equipment” includes all logging and construction machinery, except for log trucks, chip vans, service vehicles, water trucks, pickup trucks, cars, and similar vehicles.
