Common use of Hierarchy Clause in Contracts

Hierarchy. The conditions contained in this document are applicable to every Personal Services Agreement entered into by the City of Oregon City in the absence of contrary provisions. To the extent there is a conflict, the terms of the Personal Services Agreement will control over the terms of the standard conditions.
