HHSC Statewide Information Management System. Grantee must use the statewide information management system (IMS) provided by HHSC to support the maintenance and reporting of State Unit on Aging (SUA) consumer data, service delivery information, and service activities that satisfies all applicable state and federal requirements, including reporting for the State Performance Report/Older Americans Act Performance System (SPR/OAAPS), the National Ombudsman Reporting System (NORS) or any successor system, and the State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP).
