Common use of HHSC personnel recruitment prohibition Clause in Contracts

HHSC personnel recruitment prohibition. MCO has not retained or promised to retain any person or company, or utilized or promised to utilize a consultant that participated in HHSC’s development of specific criteria of the RFP or who participated in the selection of the MCO for this Contract. Unless authorized in writing by HHSC, MCO will not recruit or employ any HHSC personnel who have worked on projects relating to the subject matter of this Contract, or who have had any influence on decisions affecting the subject matter of this Contract, for two (2) years following the completion of this Contract.
