As provided in the Annual Salary Ordinance, for employees assigned to Hetch Hetchy, the City will pay a stipend to employees residing in designated zip code areas enrolled in the Health Services System with employee plus two or more dependents where HMOs are not available and such employees are limited to enrollment in Plan 1.
