Common use of Heritage Resources Clause in Contracts

Heritage Resources. D.3.1 This sub-appendix and sub-appendix D.4 set out how the Parties are working together to achieve the objective of protecting and managing Heritage Resources and Sacred Places identified by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇’▇ Dene First Nation in a manner that maintains The Denesǫłine Way of Life and incorporates Łutsël K’e Denesǫłine Knowledge set out in 3.3.2(d). D.3.2 The Parties will develop and maintain an inventory of Heritage Resources found within Thaidene Nëné. The Parties will provide each other with an inventory of Thaidene Nëné Heritage Resources known to them.
