Help Point Intercom (HPI. The help point intercom gives subway riders the opportunity to communicate directly with NYCT employees via “help point intercoms” (HPI units) located in the stations. These easily identifiable units may be located near MetroCard Vending Machines and at un-staffed fare control areas, on station mezzanines and platforms, and in platform waiting areas. Each HPI unit has a clearly marked “Emergency” button as well as an “Information” button. Surveillance CCTV cameras are placed strategically near HPI units to allow monitoring of the units when they are activated by customers. These cameras are activated automatically with the pressing of one of the call buttons, including panning and/or zooming onto the unit as appropriate. The HPI and CCTV subsystems also record and archive the video and audio for all customer calls. For more detail concerning HPI hardware, please refer to Chapter 4, PACIS II Hardware.   • PIPELINE SERVICE FUND The Employer shall deduct from each employee covered by this Agreement twenty-five cents ($0.25) for each hour of work earned and remit it monthly to the Pipeline Service Fund.

  • Interconnection Point The Service Provider is responsible for connecting to the LFC Network at the Interconnection Point. The LFC may only change an Interconnection Point if a change is necessary to protect the security or integrity of that Interconnection Point in order to maintain the continuity of supply of the Wholesale Services. In the event of any such change:

  • Interconnection Points 8.5.1 The IP of a Party (“Receiving Party”) for Measured Internet Traffic delivered to the Receiving Party by the other Party shall be the same as the IP of the Receiving Party for Reciprocal Compensation Traffic under Section 7.1 above.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • By Interconnection Customer Interconnection Customer may unilaterally terminate the Interconnection Service Agreement pursuant to Applicable Laws and Regulations upon providing Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner sixty (60) days prior written notice thereof, provided that Interconnection Customer is not then in Default under the Interconnection Service Agreement.

  • Interconnection Product Options Interconnection Customer has selected the following (checked) type of Interconnection Service:
