Heavy Materials. An Employee shall not be required to lift a building materials in excess of 20 kg in weight unless such Employee is provided with a mechanical aid or with an assisting Employee; provided that an Employee shall not to manually lift any building materials in excess of 20 kg weight to a height of more than 4 feet (1.2m) above the working platform. 66.1 The Parties agree to apply the Drug and Alcohol Management Program (as amended from time to time) contained in Appendix G. The Employer may refer an Employee affected by drugs or alcohol to the services provided by Incolink.
