Heavy Equipment. Business machines, filing cabinets, heavy merchandise, or other articles liable to overload, injure or destroy any part of the Building shall not be taken into it without the written consent of the Landlord and the Landlord shall in all cases retain the right to prescribe the weight and proper position of all such articles and times and routines for moving them into or out of the Building; the cost of repairing any damage done to the Building by the moving or keeping of any such articles on the Premises shall be paid by the Tenant.
