Common use of HEATING, VENTILATING, AIR CONDITIONING Clause in Contracts

HEATING, VENTILATING, AIR CONDITIONING. A. Landlord shall, at its expense, furnish space heating and cooling as normal seasonal changes may require to provide reasonably comfortable space temperature and ventilation for occupants of the Premises under normal business operations, daily from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. and on Saturdays from 8:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. If Tenant shall require air conditioning or heating or ventilation outside the hours and days specified, Landlord shall furnish such service at Tenant's expense.
