Common use of HEATING, VENTILATING, AIR CONDITIONING Clause in Contracts

HEATING, VENTILATING, AIR CONDITIONING. A. Landlord shall provide space heating and cooling to the Premises twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven days a week. B. The air conditioning system is based upon an occupancy of not more than one person per ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, and upon a combined lighting and standard electrical load not to exceed 4.5 ▇▇▇▇▇ per square foot of useable area. In the event Tenant exceeds this condition or introduces onto the Premises equipment which overloads system, and/or in any other way causes the system not adequately to perform its proper functions, supplementary systems, may at Landlord’s option be provided by Landlord at Tenant’s expense.
