Common use of HEATERS Clause in Contracts

HEATERS. All fueling, maintenance, checking, or on the job repair of all heaters used for temporary heating, such as Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Dravo, Warner, Silent Glo and other similar types is the work of the Operating Engineer. Operating Engineers will not be required when electric heaters are powered by a commercial source. Operating Engineers will not be required when heaters are furnished and serviced by a commercial source.
