Common use of HEATERS Clause in Contracts

HEATERS. All fueling, maintenance, checking, or on the job repair of all heaters used for temporary heating, such as ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Dravo, Warner, Silent Glo and other similar types is the work of the Operating Engineer. Operating Engineers will not be required when electric heaters are powered by a commercial source. Operating Engineers will not be required when heaters are furnished and serviced by a commercial source.
