Common use of Heat Clause in Contracts

Heat. Owner, at Owner's expense, shall furnish heat to the Demised Premises, as and when required by law, on business days from 8:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.

Heat. Owner, at Owner's ’s expense, shall furnish heat to the Demised Premises, as and when required by law, on business days from 8:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.6:00 P.M. and on Saturdays from 8:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Tenant may be provided with heat on an overtime basis as set forth in Section 29.07.
